Shipping & Delivery

1. Production Lead Time

All delivery times are estimated from the date of deposit receipt and final design confirmation. Actual lead time may vary based on order volume, packaging complexity and seasonal production schedule.

  • Sample development: 7–15 working days
  • Mass production: 25–45 working days
  • Custom tooling / new mold: additional 15–30 days

2. Shipping Methods

We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet different project requirements:

2.1 Sea Freight (FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen)

Recommended for bulk orders. We deliver goods to the designated port of loading. You may arrange your own forwarder or have our logistics team handle full door-to-door delivery.

2.2 Air Freight

Suitable for urgent medium-sized orders. Airport-to-airport and door-to-door options are both available. Transit time is typically 5–10 working days.

2.3 Express Courier

For samples and small trial orders. DHL, FedEx, UPS and other international express services are available with tracking number provided.

3. Packaging & Loading

  • Standard export carton packaging with inner protection
  • Palletization available upon request
  • Custom shipping marks accepted with prior notice
  • Full container (FCL) and less than container (LCL) both supported

4. Shipping Documents

We provide complete export documentation including:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
  • Certificate of Origin (CO)
  • MSDS and product safety documents as required
  • Other certification copies per destination country requirements

5. Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier at the port of loading. We will assist in tracking shipment progress and provide necessary documentation support throughout transit.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees at the destination are the responsibility of the Buyer. We do not estimate or cover these charges.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, port congestion, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, war or other force majeure events. We will promptly notify you and cooperate on alternative solutions when such situations arise.
